Terms of Service

These Nexiun Platforms Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Nexiun Platforms ("Nexiun Platforms," "we," or "us") and govern your use of the webpages, tools, applications, and features that constitute the Nexiun Platforms (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), as well as the experiences, virtual goods, services, and functionalities offered via the Platform/applications (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services. Additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Nexiun Platforms

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services.
If you are under age 18 or the age of majority in your country of residence, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services as well as have them read and agree to these terms.

You represent, acknowledge, and agree that you are: (i) (a) at least 18 years of age or (b) the parent or legal guardian of a user that is at least 16 years of age, and (ii) you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your child between the ages of 16 to 18.

No bots or Artificial Intelligence tools are allowed—only real humans here!

2. A Special Note About Your Health

If you or anyone in your family has ever had symptoms related to epilepsy (such as seizures or loss of consciousness) or headaches when exposed to flashing lights or contrasting visual patterns, consult your doctor prior to using this Service. You must immediately cease use of this Service if you experience any symptoms of dizziness, blurred vision, headaches, eye or muscle twitches, loss of consciousness, disorientation, or any involuntary movement or convulsion. To ensure safe usage, we recommend taking 10 to 15-minute breaks every hour, sitting a reasonable distance from the screen, and using the Services in a well-lit environment.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains in detail the information we collect, how we use it, and where we store it. By using Nexiun Platforms, you’re agreeing to provide us and our affiliates a worldwide right to use your personal information as deemed necessary to keep things running smoothly and securely. Additionally, where required by applicable regulations, you will be given the choice to opt-in or opt-out of sharing your data for personalized advertising. If consent is provided, you may modify your preferences at any time through the settings section of your account, ensuring full control over your data.

4. How we generate revenue

We generate revenue through advertising platforms like Google AdMob and other mediation partners, as well as through our affiliate partnership with Amazon and our own ads system, which displays ads while the Nexiun Platforms is in use. Whenever required by applicable laws, we will provide you with the option to share or not share your data for personalized advertising purposes. If consent is explicitly provided or deemed default as per the legislation, the data will be shared to tailor advertisements to your interests. Additionally, Nexiun Platforms develops its own recommendation and advertising systems. Your data may also be used for our own advertising purposes to improve and deliver personalized promotional experiences within Nexiun Platforms. This allows us to enhance our services and provide relevant content tailored to your preferences.

5. In-App Advertising and Third-Party Links

Nexiun Platforms may include in-app advertising in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may encounter links to third-party websites or vendors through the Platform. Any interactions with these third parties, including promotional offers, are solely your responsibility. Nexiun Platforms makes no representations or warranties regarding the content, goods, or services provided by third parties. These linked sites are outside our control and may collect data or solicit personal information.

6. Password-Protected Access

Access to the Platform requires a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Notify Nexiun Platforms immediately if:
● Your password is lost, stolen, or compromised.
● You become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to:
● Share, sell, or transfer your account to any other party.
● Use contact information obtained through the Platform for commercial purposes without consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Nexiun Platforms Applications are owned by or licensed to Nexiun Platforms. You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without express permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants Nexiun Platforms a license to use, adapt, and display it for operations or promotional purposes

8. Content

Share respectfully! Users are expected to post content that complies with relevant laws and does not harm others. Nexiun Platforms does not tolerate:
● Harassment, misinformation, hate speech, threats, or illegal activity.
● Content deemed graphic, offensive, or objectionable.

9. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is primarily based in Europe, and data may be transferred across borders (e.g., from the United States to Europe). These transfers comply with applicable data protection laws to ensure your data remains secure.

10. Termination and Suspension

Nexiun Platforms reserves the right to:
● Restrict, cancel, or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
● Terminate inactive accounts after 24 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
